The AARC congress in San Antonio (Texas) has been a great opportunity for ERCA to develop the relationship between the two organisations.
Vassili Salouros and Philippe Joud were invited by John Hiser and the elect president Mike Runge as guests at the AARC past president meeting where they presented the ERCA activities over the last 4 years.
We were also the guests of Jerome Sullivan and Sam Giordano at the International Council in Respiratory Care where we met the Asian pacific and South American Respiratory care members.
A joint membership have been discussed and we hope it'll be a good opportunity for the ERCA members to gain access to the scientific and practical AARC standards.
We met the Italian members of the ARIR (Marta Lazzeri, Anna Brivio and Sergio Zuffo) and we discussed with them the creation of a "European newsletter in respiratory care"
